| TERMS & CONDITIONS • Your scheduled time is when the boat will depart. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time for check in. We do not offer refunds for tardy arrivals. • PARKING: Just like anywhere here in paradise, traffic & parking can get congested. Be sure to ensure plenty of time to park or explore some free transportation options offered on the island. Park anywhere that does not have a tow away sign. *The Monkey Bus: Give Island Beach Monkeys a call at: (941)565-6542 The Monkey Bus will pick you up from anywhere on the island. Be sure to call ahead to be sure you’re not tardy for your appointment. *Anna Maria Island Free Trolley: Daily service on the trolley runs from 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. every 20 minutes from the Anna Maria City Pier on the north to Coquina Beach (in the city of Bradenton Beach) on the south. *Free Parking Shuttle: Golf cart parking shuttles are available from Coquina Beach. These carts run 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday-Saturday. We are unable to call internationally, and will only be able to reach you via email. • Your Fishing Guide will work hard to provide you with a fun and safe trip, GRATUITY OF 20% IS CUSTOMARY, ADDITIONAL, AND NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE TRIP. Broken equipment will be charged to the customer for a minimum of $300 for broken rod and reels. TAXES AND FEES ARE ADDED TO EACH TRANSACTION TO INCLUDE A FUEL SURCHARGE AND AN EMBARKATION FEE. • CANCELLATION POLICY: Any reservation changes or cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled trip. Past 7 days a $150 cancellation Fee will be charged. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in full charge of scheduled trip. Please note, cancellations or changes may only be made by phone. • WEATHER: Cancellations due to weather concerns will be made solely at the discretion of the Captain of the trip, if we have any concerns with the conditions, we will contact you and do our best to schedule around the weather. Please note we want you to have a good trip and we will work with you to make the best decision in inclimate weather. • CUSTOMER SAFETY AND LIABILITY: By accepting terms and conditions you agree to hold harmless Mother Ocean Charters L.L.C., Captain and any crew members on board the vessel. Customer understands and accepts for themselves and on behalf of their entire party, fitness and physical capability to boat, fish, and perform any and all physical requirements onboard and during normal operation, or emergency situation, and accepts full personal responsibility of risks and dangers while aboard the vessel, and on company property, including but not limited to, sinking, storms, lightning, hooks and sharp objects, injuries incurred from wildlife, bones, choking, illness, disease, poisoning, allergy caused by any fish or animal harvested for consumption, allergic reactions, rough seas, slips, falls, animal and fish bites or attacks, man overboard, drowning, fire, medical emergencies, mechanical failures, pregnancy complications, and any and all other issues that could arise from any situation onboard. |
